Playing Strategies

With 4 Defense it is a good minor hero defender, but with only 1 Attack it can only KO enemy heroes like Solwing: Eye in the Sky. Enforcer: Persistent Pest is a good replacement as it has the same Attack and Defense but it has an Exhaust action as well. Suit: Ms. C. Hubbs, Venice Agent is also a good replacement, since it has 2 attack, 4 defence and a Exhaust action, also its an Suit card, meaning that you can also use it with card powers like DeFoe: Organization Lieutenant among other powers. Suit: Mr. Koskin, Elite Agent is also a very good replacement, but you have to discard a card in order to use it.
