Simplemind is a spell that produces a beam of red energy from the hands of the casting Seeker. The beam is aimed at the head of the target and then it proceeds to confuse and disorient them, causing them to forget parts of their memory as their eyes glow with a red haze. However, Simplemind is primarily effective against those who have weak wills, so this spell is not very effective against trained Seekers

DeFoe caused a gondolier to forget having seen Titans at a canal in Venice, Italy, by specifying what parts of his memory to forget. S1E01 Zhalia used it against a police officer to free Peter. S1E04 Simplemind was used by Zhalia Moon when a Suit that she was battling recognized her spells as being of the Organization. S1E06 Zhalia also used this spell to cause someone to fall unconscious. S1E15.
