Oathmaker is a psychic spell used by Teien Casterwill that forces the target to tell the truth to the caster. The spell forces the target say what he or she considers the truth, not necessarily the actual truth. In this regard, it is much like the spell version of a truth serum. This spell can be used long distances with a Tome.
