Magic, or powers, are a major Seeker ability alongside the ability to invoke ancient Titans from their Amulets. Amulets, as well as other artifacts, are typically infused with various forms of magical properties. Such magic spells have a variety of uses and effects to affect either the caster or another target.
Spells used by the Blood Spiral Brotherhood tend to be a darker form of magic and focus on the manipulation of shadows and darkness. A similar type of spells are used by members of the Organization, although those spells do not tend to have as dark a nature and are usually weaker. most of their spells are used to invoke fear
Spells used by the Casterwill family tend to require a vast amount of training and focus on the manipulation of light and life. They are antithetical to the spells used by the Blood Spiral.
Powerful artifacts may be protected with a curse which only a powerful, strong-willed Seeker will be able to break. Although a safeguard by nature, curses tend to have very strong effects against intruders.
Defensive spells are used for protection, sometimes against specific forms of attack or environmental extremes. Other defensive spells protect against attacks in general.
General spells are not used directly for combat, although they may be able to increase one's abilities in the way that Hyperstride can increase a Seeker's agility.
Illusion-based spells are used to manipulate what others see either through the manipulation of light or through altering what one's brain perceives. Illusion magic is closely tied to Mental Magic.
Medical spells are used to increase a Seeker's stamina or for other healing purposes.
One of the most common forms of magic, offensive spells are used to deal damage in battle. These spells can also be used for other uses and needs.
Summoning spells are one of the less-common type of magic and are used to summon Titans or magical artifacts.
