The Tomb of Nefertiti is a location in the valley of the kings. It once contained the Sceptre of Nefertiti, a magical artifact containing the power Neverlost. It also containted the Key of Nefertiti which could unlock the Tomb of Tutankhamun. S2E47

At some point during his travels, Eathon Lambert explored the tomb and left a Eathon Lambert's puzzle for his son, Lok Lambert, to find through a series of riddles. S1E15
The Tomb of Nefertiti had been remained for centuries until a team of Organization archeologists, headed by Klaus, uncovered it and turned it into a dig site, searching for the Sceptre and other artifacts. When the Huntik team arrived, they faced heavy opposition and were forced to retreat after being overpowered in a skirmish with Klaus. S1E14
The team eventually distracted the Organization long enough to enter the tomb where they fell into a dangerous trap after Zhalia Moon sabotaged the map. Dante Vale was locked in a pit filling with sand while the others were contained within magical cages. Using Solwing to help Springer reach the release mechanism, the team managed to get free. Lok ventured into a secret passage found by Springer and eventually found an abandoned room in which the puzzle from his father had been safely stored away. The team eventually arrived at a large room with an unstable floor, covered in hieroglyph across which lay the Sceptre of Nefertiti. After narrowly overcoming the test, the team left with the sceptre but ran into Klaus' forces. Outnumbered from both sides, Dante threw the sceptre into a pool of water and escaped with the team through a passage located behind the waterfall. S1E15
Some time later, Rassimov came to the tomb with Harrison Fears and defeated the Organization Suits stationed here. He obtained the Key of Nefertiti required for opening the Tomb of Tutankhamun. S2E47
